STEP Seminary
Founded in 1942, STEP is a theological seminary offering training in theology and pastoral ministry for men and women who aspire to leadership positions or who are already serving as leaders in the evangelical community.
We help develop moral and competent leaders in Haiti through the support of Christian mission, higher education, and effective service in business, government, education, and other significant fields.
Haitian Leadership Development (HLD) exists to identify, equip, and empower moral and competent leaders who will help transform the future of Haiti. We do this by supporting higher education, Christian mission efforts, and leadership training that prepare individuals to serve effectively in business, government, education, and other fields that shape communities and institutions.
HLD operates with a simple, transparent model: nearly 100% of donor funds are passed directly to trusted charitable organizations in Haiti, ensuring that every gift makes a tangible impact on the lives of Haitians. Through strong partnerships and faith-driven stewardship, we help build a generation of leaders who serve with integrity, skill, and compassion — for the good of Haiti and the glory of God.

Vision d'Antioche-Haïti (VAH) prepares Haitians to make a positive impact in their communities to the glory of God.
HLD supports several organizations and projects going on in Haiti such as UEBH, Johny Philippe's ministries, and Inocin's Kids.
